How much is the shipping rate?
We are proud of our FREE SHIPPING policy that all orders to all countries are free of shipping charge!
Which country does day day CONtact ship to?
We ship internationally, mainly focus on Asia including Singapore, Japan, China, Hong Kong, South Korea, India, Malaysia, Indonesia, New Zealand and Australia. We also ship to most Europe countries including United Kingdom and Germany. If you are not sure whether we cover your location or not, please kindly send us a message.
How long does it take for my order to ship out?
Most of the spherical contact lens will be shipped out in 3-5 working days. For Astigmatism or Multifocal lenses usually will be dispatched in 5-7 working days.
How long does it take for my order to arrive?
Orders in Asia usually arrive in 7-10 business days, whereas for Europe will usually take 10-14 business days
What will happen if my prescription is out of stock?
We will contact you individually. It may take 2 weeks to 1 month for out of stock items to restock, especially for Astigmatism or Multifocal contact lens
Return Policy
What if I receive a wrong item?
Please contact us and we will post the correct items to you, at the same time we will also arrange return of the wrong items at our expense.
Can I exchange the contact lens if I have a new prescription?
Yes you can. We have this premium service for free. For details please refer to our Return & Exchange Policy
I found that there is ripped contact lens in my order
Very occasionally there is defect lens in the manufacturing process. Please contact us for a replacement if this happen.

How can I know my contact lens prescription?
Your contact lens prescription can be read on your current contact lens, on the box or the paper foil on the blister. If you are not sure, please feel free to ask us.
Can I use my frame glass prescription for contact lens?
No you cannot. Contact lens prescription is different from frame glass prescription. We suggest you obtain your contact lens prescription from optometrist. If you have any difficulty in doing this, please contact us.
Can I cancel my order?
Yes, you can cancel your order if they haven't been shipped out. We will refund to you.
Can I order only for my single eye?
Yes, you can. Just order for your 1st eye and put a "0 box" for your 2nd eye.
Can I order if I wear different brand of contact lens in each eye?
Yes you can. Just add to cart with the 1st eye and choose "0 boxes" for another eye, and do the same with the 2nd eye.
How long is the expiry date of the contact lens I order from day day CONtact?
They usually come with a shelf-life of 2-3 years from the date of dispatch, we also have a guarantee of 1.5 year, so relax and enjoy the largest package discount!

What's the age range of wearing contact lens?
There is no a specific age range for contact lens wearers, but normally it ranges from 16 to 60, consult your optometrist if you have query or send us a message anytime.
Can I wear contact lens if I have presbyopia?
Yes. There are many type of Multifocal contact lens suitable for presbyopia. If you are not sure which one suits you, please consult your optometrist or send us a message.
Do I need any solution for contact lens?
If you are using daily contact lens, no solution is required, just peel off the foil, insert the contact lens and enjoy the comfort and convenience.
If you are using reusable contact lens (weekly or monthly), you can use Multi-Purpose solution (MPS) to take care and store your lenses
